Mark is a title agent with Black Swamp Title Agency, and has practiced in Northwest Ohio for over 27 years, and his practice area has included a wide variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Mark is the Law Director for the Village of Archbold, Ohio, and his practice area includes and other governmental areas.

Mark has been a long-time Archbold Rotarian and member of the Archbold United Methodist Church, managing to remain active and involved in many of his family and children’s educational, athletic and artistic endeavors as they have grown up in Archbold, Ohio, and head off to college. Mark has cultivated a continued interest in music performance, playing trumpet with a variety of regional bands.

With over twenty-seven years of experience, Mr. Bohmer concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and business advising and transactional work, trust and estate planning and administration, labor and employment, commercial and residential real estate, general civil litigation, banking, health care, and municipal law. Bob is also serves as a title agent with Black Swamp Title Agency, LLC.

Andy Bohmer is a Central Ohio native, and a BSTA title agent. He graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1998. After graduation, he embarked on a career in business with a special emphasis on business-to-business sales and regional sales management.

He specialized in market and staff development with a significant training responsibility. His devotion to exceptional customer service makes him a valuable team member to lead our operations in the Columbus, Ohio market.
